What happens when a payment occurs?
The Client Portal looks about every hour to see if there’s a payment to charge. If it finds one, it processes it through Stripe, and updates the records accordingly. The client receives two emails: one from Stripe, for the charge, and one from the Portal, highlighting the successful charge, and how far along they are with the total plan.

On the client’s statement, they’ll see a line item for Siegel Callahan, marked PMT. Standard online payments say “SIEGEL CALLAHAN” with no PMT.
