Create a payment plan
From https://portal.siegelcallahan.com/payment_plans, click NEW PAYMENT PLAN.
- When working with the payment plan, you may hit ‘return’ or click ‘PREVIEW’ to recalculate payments. If your screen is wide enough, you’ll see these side by side, for easy client negotiations over the phone.
- The engagement description may display to the client, depending on their credit card service.
You must choose a 1st payment start date of today or the future. Past dated transactions will not process. If you choose today, it will charge in about an hour, for certain by the end of the day.
Click CONTINUE to enter the client’s credit card details. Click ‘CREATE PAYMENT PLAN’ to save and start the plan.
