1. Read the email address.
   1. If it doesn’t exist in the portal yet, then create a client record, and add the first name, last name too.
   2. If it already exists in the portal, then:
      1. If the first name, last name is different than what’s on record, ???
2. Read the property address.
   1. If this property address (address line 1??) doesn’t exist for this client, for this year, then create a property record, and add the address fields.
   2. If this property address does already exist for this client, for this year, then ??
      1. If the record is different than what’s on record, ???

• What do we do when the names don’t match?
• Confirm that we don’t need “clientname” in the portal to distinguish records.
