The purpose of the client portal is to coordinate our client-facing business activities online. It will:

• facilitate the request, collection, and management of forms and documents;
• support new client on boarding;
• provide progress updates and notifications on appeals;
  
• support customer service with self-help FAQs, walk-throughs.
